SyncCircle terms of service
Last updated: March 19, 2026. These terms govern access to the SyncCircle marketing website today and to the SyncCircle product as features go live.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally allowed to use the service in your jurisdiction. When the product launches, account creation and participation may require accurate information and compliance with any age or consent requirements described in the product.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse SyncCircle, interfere with the service, scrape it, impersonate others, abuse invites, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
Events, circles, and carpool
SyncCircle provides coordination tools. Hosts remain responsible for their own events. Carpool features are coordination utilities only and do not make SyncCircle a transportation provider, driver, insurer, or ride guarantor.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the limited rights SyncCircle needs to operate, display, secure, and improve the service.
Disclaimers and liability
SyncCircle is provided as available and without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited.
